I had such a great experience with Spectra360. They quickly connected me with the right job especially because it’s a temp-to-hire position. They always touch base and check up on me. So, if you guys are still in doubt about going through a staffing agency, it is your best bet to get a foot in the door with a wide range of companies. Also, the one thing I like is the time reporting they have, so easy to use :).

2013

Spectra Founded

Andrew Bergen saw a need to help logistics companies find qualified talent quickly. Other staffing companies were filling spots only to have to backfill them weeks later. He created Spectra360 to introduce a better way to hire. 

2018 & 2019

Inc 5000 Award

Spectra360 was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. The following year, the company was also named one of the fastest-growing staffing agencies by Staffing Industry Analysts.

2019

Spectra360 acquires Raso Solutions

This acquisition increased the organization’s capabilities and opportunities for new and existing clientele by adding technology and professional services to the company’s offerings. 

The Global Delivery Center also provided an opportunity for Spectra360 to begin sourcing candidates 24 hours daily, 7 days a week.

2022

The Great Rebrand!

The 360 Companies was established as the umbrella company for all our brands, current and future. 

Raso Solutions was rebranded as Raso360 and our organization is now we are able to extend our excellence in customer service to cover more needs and make life easier for our clients.

Andrew’s past success in developing high-performing sales teams and his passion for entrepreneurship brought him to start Spectra360 back in 2013. Andrew has spent nearly a decade in senior-level sales and management roles and has extensive experience opening and building new markets. He brings a high level of passion and strategy to the human capital and talent management sectors.
When not in the office Andrew enjoys golfing and traveling abroad.

Michael James

Michael James

VP of Human Resources

Michael James is the VP of Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions for each brand in the 360 Family of Companies.

​Michael has worked in labor, employment, and human resources for well over 20 years, including more than 10 years in route-based transportation businesses as well as aerospace manufacturing and healthcare.

Holding a Master’s degree from Penn State University in HR and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University in Organizational Leadership, Michael’s breadth of knowledge and vast experience serve Spectra360 well as the company continues to experience exponential growth.

Along with his spouse, Michael lives on an eight-acre alpaca and llama ranch, situated in Southern California just north of Los Angeles.

Louh Villa is the VP of Philippine Operations for The 360 Companies. In this role, she oversees all internal employees in the Philippines.

Louh Villa joined The 360 Companies in 2020 serving as Branch Support Manager. She has been a direct contributor to the exponential growth of the team and quickly established herself as a leader among our team in the Philippines.

Meet James, our Director of Finance and Accounting based at our Quincy headquarters. With extensive experience, James oversees our accounting department, specializing in commissions and sales reporting. As your go-to expert, he ensures accurate and timely financial processing, providing comprehensive insights. James plays a key role in shaping strategic financial decisions, contributing to our company’s success through dedication and proficiency.

Lindsay Welder

Vice President - East Coast Division

Lindsay Welder is a growth-focused staffing leader with a proven ability to build strategic client partnerships across light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and 3PL markets. She brings a hands-on, highly accountable approach to business development, with a strong understanding of the workforce challenges industrial employers face and the urgency required to deliver results in today’s market. She is known for her ability to understand client needs quickly and translate those insights into practical, high-impact workforce strategies. In her role at Spectra360, Lindsay leads with responsiveness, professionalism, and a relentless focus on execution. Her strength lies in building trust, creating momentum, and delivering measurable results for both clients and candidates. She is passionate about helping businesses grow through dependable talent solutions and long-term partnerships built on trust, service,  consistency, and performance.
